I’m always excited to try a new conditioner or treatment to help me bring my curls back to life. Today I’m sharing Pantene’s first at-home rescue treatment imported from Brazil and it won’t be hitting shelves until January 2019! Introducing the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots and it’s the perfect time to add this new treatment into my hair routine, especially with dry and colder winter air.
This product noticeably repairs extreme damage to hair in one use and is perfect for color-treated, heat-styled hair or natural curls that need a boost. If you have color-treated or heat-styled hair, this can mean a loss of nutrients leaving hair rough, dull and rigid and if you have naturally textured or curly hair, you could be lacking moisture or dealing with breakage – a complete recipe for a bad hair day. Pantene is leveraging Brazil’s secret to a great hair day and bringing it to the U.S. in the form of their new Intense Rescue Shots!
The Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots are very simple to use and are formulated to prevent overdosing, so there is no need to hold back! After shampooing, apply 1 tube generously to fully saturated hair, root-to-tip, keeping in mind where your hair has the most damage and be sure to target that area when applying. With my curly hair texture, I find it easier to part my hair into 4 even sections and apply the treatment through each section. This treatment is very concentrated, so leave it in for only 30 seconds and then rinse for 30 seconds. Be sure not to over-rinse! Use the Intense Rescue Shots once a week.
The single dose-tube contains a deeply absorbing blend of Pro-Vitamin B5, strengthening lipids and natural glycerin that targets the damaged areas to give hair the flexibility and resilience it needs to endure styling and environmental stresses. Here are a few benefits of Pantene’s new treatment:
