We all make mistakes. No one is perfect.

It’s not an easy process to forgive yourself for mistakes you’ve made in the past, but I’ve come to learn that it is a much needed step to help heal and move on. For today’s post, I want to share what self forgiveness feels like to me:
- Being ok with not being ok sometimes.
- Slowly but surely letting go.
- Learning from loss.
- Accepting your mistakes and learning from them.
- Making space to love yourself again.
