SELF FORGIVENESS

We all make mistakes. No one is perfect.

It’s not an easy process to forgive yourself for mistakes you’ve made in the past, but I’ve come to learn that it is a much needed step to help heal and move on. For today’s post, I want to share what self forgiveness feels like to me:

  1. Being ok with not being ok sometimes.
  2. Slowly but surely letting go.
  3. Learning from loss.
  4. Accepting your mistakes and learning from them.
  5. Making space to love yourself again.
