A new Thai restaurant just opened in a town called Bristol, a neighboring city next to where I live. Normally, I have to travel to West Hartford or Southington to find Thai food, so its really convenient to have a place close by. It’s called Thai Avenue Kitchen & Bar and their food is amazing!
It’s a great spot for a cozy lunch or even a group dinner as well. I love the rustic décor used
, while still adding hint of the Asian culture.
I discovered this restaurant randomly on YELP and ordered take-out a few weeks ago. When I went to pick up my food, I was so inspired by the décor, I knew I had to comeback to do a post. I decided to finally visit this restaurant for lunch with a friend and we ordered two Thai iced teas, a pad thai with shrimp and their pangang curry with shrimp. Their menu has a lot of classic and new Thai dishes at a decent price point. Feel free to view their menu here.
Their staff was very warm and friendly and the service was very good.
