I love drinking green tea and today i’ve partnered with The Green Teahouse to share 5 benefits of drinking green tea*. Most teas comes from the plant Camellia sinensis and is consumed in different parts of the world as green, black, or Oolong tea.

Here are 5 awesome reasons to incorporate green tea into your diet:

1.  Lowers blood pressure
2. Reduces cholesterol levels
3. Reduce inflammation in arthritis cases
4. Improves bone density
5. Improves memory

It feels good to know that you can have a drink that tastes really good (hot or cold) and it be so beneficial to your body. Not only does the Green Teahouse offer green tea, but you can also find white tea, matcha, delicious house blends and chai tea. My two favorite house blends are their Tropical Ginger and Cinnamon Apple pie!
