MY 19 for 2019

And here we are! Happy 2019! It’s probably obvious, but I took some time off from the blog so I can focus on my family and other entreprenurial endeavors. Behind the scenes, I wanted to get my creative juices flowing, think about new ideas and work on content when I had a creative burst of energy. I started drafting a ton of new posts and video concepts, jotting down things that popped into my head and already, I feel pretty good entering the new year.

Instead of posting a list of resolutions, after listening to The Happier Podcast, I got inspired to post a list of 19 things, large and small, that I want to accomplish in 2019. The plan is to print this list out, so it serves as a reminder of the things that I want to do. Already, I started off the New Year by tackling my cluttered closet. So without further ado, here are 19 other goals to complete this year.

MY 19 FOR 2019 LIST

  1. Try a Zumba class.
  2. Take a pottery class.
  3. Run a marathon.
  4. Take solo trip.
  5. Grow my YouTube channel to 2,000 subscribers.
  6. Take my GMAT and apply for grad school.
  7. Take a cooking class with Sur La Table.
  8. Finish painting the wood trim in my condo white.
  9. Visit Block Island, RI.
  10. Replace the countertop in my kitchen.
  11. Plan a romantic trip with my boyfriend just the two of us. Preferably a trip that involves a beach, sand and drinks with little umbrellas in them.
  12. Launch my beauty brand.
  13. Try one new restaurant a month.
  14. Start following the one-minute rule. 
  15. Teach a jewelry workshop to young kids.
  16. Attend a Polo match at Greenwich Polo Club.
  17. Start redecorating my office basement.
  18. Take a painting class.
  19. Take a free class on Coursera.

  2. I think the hardest goal would be to be in bed by 10 p.m. each night. I love the mix of items.

  3. I love the idea of just creating a list. Really enjoyed reading through yours! I have a lot of things I want to accomplish this year, but a few would be growing my blog, following a plant based diet, reading 12 books, & creating a consistent meditation practice!
