Lastly, here are a few travel tips to consider when visiting Los Cabos:

  • Transportation: Consider renting a car if you plan to explore beyond your resort. It gives you the flexibility to visit nearby attractions and beaches. Alternatively, taxis and rideshare services are readily available. Ensure you agree on a fare before starting your journey and if you plan to leave your resort check how far you’ll have to travel as some restaurants and attractions can be 30 – 45 minutes away from each other.
  • Plan for Weather Variability: Cabo’s climate can be unpredictable, so pack accordingly. While it’s generally sunny and warm, be prepared for occasional rain showers, especially during the summer months. Bringing a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings is also a good idea.
  • Currency and Payment: Most places in Cabo accept U.S. dollars, but it’s advisable to have some Mexican pesos for small purchases and local markets. Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s a good practice to inform your bank of your travel dates to avoid any issues with card transactions.
  • Safety Precautions: Cabo is generally safe, but like any destination, it’s wise to take basic precautions. Keep your belongings secure, stay in well-traveled areas, and be mindful of your surroundings. Stay hydrated, especially in the warm climate, and use sunscreen to protect against the strong sun.
  • Reservations for Popular Spots: For popular restaurants and activities, consider making reservations in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. This ensures you get a spot at your desired locations without unnecessary wait times.
  • Explore Local Culture: Take some time to immerse yourself in the local culture. Visit local markets, try street food, and engage with the friendly locals. It’s a fantastic way to discover hidden gems and make your trip more authentic.

Los Cabos truly is a paradise for good food, good vibes and relaxation. Whether you’re indulging in world-class dining, soaking up the sun by the pool, or cruising the crystal-clear waters of the Marina, this destination has it all. Until the next adventure, cheers to unforgettable celebrations and the joy of creating lasting memories.

Yours Truly,

Yinka
